- Overview – This Refund Policy explains your rights and options regarding refunds for purchases made through JourneySpark. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.
- Digital Products and Services – Because our services are primarily digital (virtual tours, video guides, VR/AR experiences), they are generally non‑refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless otherwise stated.
- Cancellation Before Access – If you cancel an order before receiving access to the virtual experience (e.g., before the tour link is sent), you may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Technical Issues – If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing a purchased virtual tour, please contact us within 7 days. We will attempt to resolve the issue or provide a replacement. If unresolved, a refund may be issued.
- Live VR/AR Excursions – For scheduled live VR/AR events, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non‑refundable.
- Custom Travel Planning – Fees for personalized travel planning services are non‑refundable after work has begun. If you cancel before any work is performed, you may receive a full refund.
- Bundle Purchases – Refunds for bundled services will be calculated based on the individual value of the unused portion, at our discretion.
- Promotional Offers – Discounted or promotional purchases may have different refund conditions as stated at the time of purchase.
- Requesting a Refund – To request a refund, please contact us with your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
- Approval and Processing – If your refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. The timing may depend on your financial institution.
- Late or Missing Refunds – If you haven’t received a refund after the stated period, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, reach out to us.
- Gift Cards and Vouchers – Purchases made with gift cards or vouchers are non‑refundable, but we may offer a credit for future use in certain circumstances.
- Subscription Services – If we introduce subscription‑based offerings in the future, separate cancellation and refund terms will apply and be communicated at that time.
- Change of Mind – We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the digital content has been accessed or the live event has started.
- Force Majeure – If a live event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters), we will offer a credit or reschedule, but refunds are not guaranteed.
- Right to Modify Policy – JourneySpark reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
