  2. Digital Products and Services – Because our services are primarily digital (virtual tours, video guides, VR/AR experiences), they are generally non‑refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless otherwise stated.
  3. Cancellation Before Access – If you cancel an order before receiving access to the virtual experience (e.g., before the tour link is sent), you may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  4. Technical Issues – If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing a purchased virtual tour, please contact us within 7 days. We will attempt to resolve the issue or provide a replacement. If unresolved, a refund may be issued.
  5. Live VR/AR Excursions – For scheduled live VR/AR events, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non‑refundable.
  6. Custom Travel Planning – Fees for personalized travel planning services are non‑refundable after work has begun. If you cancel before any work is performed, you may receive a full refund.
  7. Bundle Purchases – Refunds for bundled services will be calculated based on the individual value of the unused portion, at our discretion.
  8. Promotional Offers – Discounted or promotional purchases may have different refund conditions as stated at the time of purchase.
  9. Requesting a Refund – To request a refund, please contact us with your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
  10. Approval and Processing – If your refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. The timing may depend on your financial institution.
  11. Late or Missing Refunds – If you haven’t received a refund after the stated period, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, reach out to us.
  12. Gift Cards and Vouchers – Purchases made with gift cards or vouchers are non‑refundable, but we may offer a credit for future use in certain circumstances.
  13. Subscription Services – If we introduce subscription‑based offerings in the future, separate cancellation and refund terms will apply and be communicated at that time.
  14. Change of Mind – We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the digital content has been accessed or the live event has started.
  15. Force Majeure – If a live event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters), we will offer a credit or reschedule, but refunds are not guaranteed.
